Muneta is a small village of 40 inhabitants in the mid-zone of Navarre, in the region of Tierra Estella, 9 km from Estella, towards Urbasa.
Located at the foothills of the LÓKIZ MOUNTAINS, it is one of the 10 villages of the Allín Valley.
It is a peaceful place, mainly focused on agriculture, although there is also room for livestock breeding, particularly mountain sheep and cow rearing.
Forests of oaks and holm oaks abound the surroundings of the village. Beeches appear from 1000 meters of altitude. There are also black poplars and ashes beside streams, among farmed lands.
The area is plenty of countless roads, paths and tracks, which are perfect to go for a walk or a bike ride.
Muneta has a public fronton court, a playground and a fountain, with a tank and a covered sink.
